Home Buyer Rewards

Home Buyer Rewards is an incentive program for you to enjoy after working with John to close the deal and get you into your new home. Consider it the punctuation on a positive experience of working with true professionals who value your business and who strive to make the process as enjoyable as it should be.
As a successful home purchaser, you’ll receive an e-transfer in Canadian funds for an amount equal to (0.10%) of the purchase price of the property described in your accepted Offer of Purchase and Sale within two business days of the successful closing to use as you see fit toward your new home. For example a $750,000.00 purchase would yield $750.00.
